I'm going to shape up my journal and other things, and I figured now is as good a time as any to clarify some things on m'self and start an About/FAQ kind of deal. This'll get constantly refined.
Who am I?
I'm some dorky little day dreaming, medium hopping, jack of all trades, look like I'm young, act like I'm ancient, lover of all things ranging from video games to civil debate to education!
What a mouth full.
Quick things you should know about me.
0-I very randomly get very wordy without trying-0
I don't know whether that's a good thing or a bad thing, but when you see giant posts from me...don't be mistaken, they happen by accident. I very rarely put too much thought into my posts, it all comes pouring out. The most I focus on is maintaining my stance while being non-abrasive.
0-I'm very humble and care extremely what others think, but as vast as that care is, needless rude returns to me quickly dissipate my care-0
Despite what that thar intarweb may portray from the way I speak, I focus primarily on facts and *non insulting* opinion. I mention opinion this way because I may frequently begin to talk about my personal feelings about an object or a person, and while it is true that some people may be defensive when it comes to my explanation of my tastes...my tastes are never meant to put other people down, and I never will attempt to tell someone that their tastes are worthless because we are different.
Example: I don't find myspace-esque photos worthy of being uploaded as Self Portraits. I will explain this if someone asks me to explain it, but I will never attempt to tell someone else that they should not be allowed to do it. I respect that you may have a different opinion, my only expectation is that I will be given the same respect in return.
0-I am quick to apologize, clarify, and admit to flaws...with a minor exception-0
I am more than happy to admit to doing something wrong, saying something wrong, etc. I respect people immensely who do the same. My only catch on this is that it is far harder to get me to be of this mindset when I suspect the other party is simply pointing at my own flaws for the sake of their ego.
How to prove that you're not? Avoid needless name calling and jabbing. Just flat out say "Hey, honestly, it was very wrong of you to _____." I will apologize and clarify after that, and even give you respect for pointing it out maturely. In all honesty, I prefer truly being the one responsible for the immaturity than getting into a slap fight with someone of equal fallacy.

I have a piss poor memory and very bad concentration skills. I have been working with this all of my life and only recently have been diagnosed with adult ADHD, so I at least now have far more handling skills than I did before. However it's not an insta-fix at all. I know it's strange that I could type/talk a lot, but despite the size of my comments I do very frequently forget what I want to say or do not word things as clearly as I want to.
0-I like to talk to anyone- everyone! ...But I'm shy.

I love talking to people. Even people I once argued with. It's not worth holding a grudge if there's more fun and learning to be had with someone. I don't care if it's someone I rarely talk to or never talk to, I love answering questions and joining chatter! So don't be afraid to just strike me up for anything, even for something little like a link somewhere or an opinion/critique on something. And don't be weirded out by my responses, I'm not disinterested or trying to avoid anyone...It's just a combination of being embarrassed and not wanting to insult someone by not having anything interesting to say.
That's all for now...I'll get back to fixing this up later. If there's anything you wanna ask/add/comment on, go ahead! Even if you wanna ask what my favorite art style is, or something. I won't bite.

Alright, so there's an extra for the edit category. I liked them for two different reasons: the first is a beautifully executed design, I love the gold stripes; the second one, I love the color work, especially on the skirt. :3

Sniper3's gallery is full of photos and drawings, mostly surrounding animals and furries, even some FFXI
nline art here and there. His photos are crisp, beautiful, and some mood-settingly spooky~ while his furries and animal sketches/CGs are all ranges of cool to cute (especially the penguin. Ohmygod the penguin~ X3) Be sure to check out his semi-animated storyboard, too!

Oh my god, this gallery was a nightmare to go through. Why? Because all of his shots are so frickin good it was nigh impossible for me to pick favorites. DX Conor is an incredible young photographer, his photos are of architecture, automobiles, and people for the most part, with awesome lighting effects and gorgeous, crisp clarity he manages to bring attention to- and even turn upside-down-inside-out- that which normally escapes the average eye. Seriously, take a look!
Yeah, he got an extra one. Nyeeee. XP This is why you people need to look at his gallery, look, look, do it now!

This is the Danweiler and he does NOT give himself ENOUGH CREDIT. I'm in the process of trying to get this dummy to post more work...Particularly stories about his characters. Glancing at his poetry you'll notice he tends towards tragedy.
Hopefully I can get him to post stories, as they have the gripping-ness that movies are made of. DX

She's a good friend of mine with a mind that moves a million characters per minute! A wonderful writer of tragedy, her characters are so full and real! Everything she does I can just picture rolling out into a movie...and her art! Oh so juicy! Yum~

Now this guy...His name suits, it really does. XD He is quite an electric person with a fun, random, electric personality. His gallery is full of intense, eye-popping fractals and some slick tribal drawings. Check this guy out, but bewarned, there is a high voltage hazard...

I never knew I knew so many fractal artists. XD Altheturkey's gallery shines with the beautiful things you call fractals, but I call "Ooowuwhu...puuurty!" Aside from fractals, he's got really cool, really powerful, really -surreal- photomanips and a lovely array of nature photographs. Here come my picks~:

Naruto? Warcraft? Full Metal Alchemist? Avatar?! MAN! Cyberlink2's gallery is filled to the brim with fanart of all the super awesome things which I, too, adore! Even Halo's in there! How can you resist such temptations as that? Well, what are you waiting for? View, view, view!
The last one is a work in progress, but I think it's just looking so plain -neat- it should be featured anyway.. ^^

This young deviant's definately got a great sense of humor. Plenty of it comes out when torturing poor Sasuke, or a mock mary sue character named Sapphire Rainbowpants.
She's also got some really sweet taste in design for her Original Characters, as well as very interesting stories to go with them! Be sure to read the artist's comments, folks.
